About the Role:
EnTech is currently seeking a full-time “Office Engineer”. The ideal candidate would have will support construction project teams by handling project documentation, coordinating communications between stakeholders, ensuring compliance with DDC requirements, and supporting daily operations in both field and office environments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Prepare progress reports, monthly reports, Project Meeting Minutes, general correspondence, and contract closeout documents.
● Payment Requisitions.
● Interpret and understand shop drawings, construction documents, plans and specifications.
● Reviewing, logging, and distributing documents to the appropriate disciplines
● Creating and maintaining a tracking spreadsheet/database to monitor and coordinate Construction Schedule, Inspections, and incoming QC support documentation.
● Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with internal staff and external agencies/clients.
● Project closeouts
● Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
● A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
● Minimum 5 years of office engineering experience in New York
● Experience working on NYDDC projects is highly desirable.
● Highly proficient with Site Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, and Construction specific software (Primavera, Expedition etc.)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Estimated Annual Compensation:
$120,000-$140,000
