From our Jericho, NY office, EnTech brings together engineers, construction professionals, environmental scientists, and technologists dedicated to shaping the built environment throughout Long Island.About the RoleEnTech is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Long Island to support and drive the growth of our Long Island design and construction management practice. This role will work closely with the Long Island Practice Lead, Construction Management, and Design leads, and will play a key role in business development, marketing strategy, and proposal execution across the Long Island region.The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented marketing professional with deep experience in the AEC industry, public-sector clients, and alternative delivery pursuits. This individual will take the lead on RFQs, RFPs, and presentations, while collaborating with technical and executive leadership to position EnTech for continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the Key Account Management (KAM) process for designated Long Island clients, including tracking client engagement, supporting account planning efforts, and collaborating with senior leadership to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunitiesLead and manage marketing and proposal efforts for Long Island pursuits, including RFQs, RFPs, qualifications, interviews, and award submissionsServe as the primary proposal manager for complex pursuits, including design-build, CM-at-Risk, CM-Build, and progressive design-build projectsCollaborate closely with the Long Island Practice Lead and technical leadership to develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and messagingCoordinate teaming outreach and proposal development as both prime consultant and subconsultantSupport broader business development initiatives, including market research, client tracking, and strategic planning for target agenciesAssist with marketing activities such as awards submissions, conference participation, presentations, and industry eventsMaintain consistency with EnTech brand standards and continuously improve proposal quality, graphics, and written contentRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of marketing and proposal experience in the AEC or professional services industryDemonstrated experience working with public-sector clients on Long Island such as NCDPW, SCDPW, SCWA, SUNY and similar agenciesStrong understanding of the Long Island Region design and construction marketProven experience marketing a broad range of services, including structural engineering, MEP engineering, construction management, environmental services, and digital deliveryExceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in Adobe InDesign, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator Preferred Skills and AttributesExcellent organizational, time management, and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and complex pursuits in a fast-paced environmentStrong graphic sensibility, including typography and layoutStrategic thinker with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narrativesProactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomesBased on Long Island, NY, or able to travel easily throughout Long Island (preferred)Estimated Annual Compensation$110,000-$140,000We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
