Primary Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Assist in comprehensive ENT examinations, including nasal endoscopy, ear cleanings, and minor in-office procedures.
- Patient Navigation: Educate patients on treatment plans, pre-operative instructions, and post-operative care with clarity and professionalism.
- Practice Efficiency: Manage patient flow and clinical documentation within our EMR system to ensure a seamless office experience.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our physicians and audiologists to provide integrated care for complex sinus, hearing, and throat disorders.
- Experience: Previous experience in an ENT or surgical subspecialty is preferred, but we value a quick learner with strong clinical fundamentals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex medical information for patient understanding.
