What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Conduct diagnostic testing including tympanometry, OAEs, VNG/ENG, and balance assessments
- Fit, program, and manage hearing aids using real-ear verification and evidence-based best practices
- Provide counseling to patients and families on hearing loss, device options, and ongoing care
- Work closely with Potomac ENT physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless, integrated care
- Document findings and treatment plans accurately within our EMR system
- Participate in community education or outreach events, as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree with appropriate credentials
- Active or eligible Virginia Audiology License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Experience with hearing aid technology, fittings, and diagnostics
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
