The Digital Production Manager, Experiential Marketing is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital and experiential marketing projects. This role combines digital production expertise with formal project management leadership to ensure campaigns, activations, and digital experiences are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives.
Role Description: The successful candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams including creative, development, content, marketing, account, and production partners. They will translate creative concepts into executable digital and experiential deliverables, ensuring seamless integration between live events, digital platforms, ticketing systems, websites, mobile experiences, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans and production schedules, managing digital content workflows, coordinating internal and external resources, facilitating stakeholder updates, tracking project performance, mitigating risks, maintaining project documentation, and optimizing production processes. The role also supports digital marketing initiatives that amplify live experiences and drive audience engagement across multiple channels.
Qualifications:
- Strong digital production and project management experience, with a proven track record delivering complex, multi-channel experiential, digital marketing, website, mobile, or technology-driven campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience overseeing digital content management workflows, including asset organization, version control, approvals, publishing, and quality assurance processes.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, including website production, CMS platforms, social media, email marketing, analytics, SEO, ticketing platforms, and content-driven campaigns.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, and technical partners while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams, clients, and talent.
- Experience monitoring project KPIs, budgets, resource utilization, and campaign performance metrics.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Project Management, or related project management certifications are considered strong assets.
