PRACTICE MANAGER
Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants is a private practice healthcare group within the specialty of Otolaryngology. The company is seeking an outstanding candidate to serve as the Group’s Practice Manager. ENT Consultants provides quality patient care in the community.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manages the front office operations to ensure exceptional, effective and efficient patient care, administration, documentation, and outstanding customer service. Indirect supervisor to all staff.
Manages all Human Resources functions including: hiring, onboarding, improvement opportunities, performance reviews, payroll, benefits management, 401K retirement/ profiting funds and credentialing of clinical staff.
Manages finances: Budgeting, monthly reconciliations, financial projections and fund management. Works closely with the company’s CPA firm on finances and outside billing company on insurance related issues. Routinely monitors key practice indicators.
Coordinates practice metrics. Works closely with local physician organization networks / contracts on meeting all the metrics on insurance risks contracts
Manages operations to ensure smooth functioning of the practice. Responsibility oversight includes (but is not limited to): the telephone system, equipment purchases, postage, security system, facilities maintenance and clinic cleaning, staff scheduling.
Performs other related duties.
REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate will have a minimum three to five (3-5) years of experience in healthcare administration with a focus on clinical operations but also including business strategy & operations, patient experience, and quality of service.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree / comparable experience as a practice manager
- Knowledge and experience of human resources laws, requirements, and functions.
- Experience successfully creating and managing budgets and finances.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superior, proven problem-solving abilities.
- Epic knowledge and experience a plus.

Salary ~commensurate with experience.
