Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced A&P Final/Flight Line QA Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting aircraft components and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is for the 1st shift in Menominee, MI.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform final inspections on aircraft components and systems to ensure they meet quality standards
Conduct inspections on the flight line to verify aircraft are safe for flight
Document and report any discrepancies or non-conformities found during inspections
Work closely with maintenance and production teams to address and resolve any quality issues
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required
Prior experience as a QA inspector in an aviation maintenance environment
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour
