This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeffersonville, IN, for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Proven experience in Construction Site Management and familiarity with construction processes and tools.
- Comprehensive understanding and application of Construction Safety protocols and practices.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage construction schedules and oversee multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
- Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of complex construction projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with local building codes and regulations are a plus.
