Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking night shift loaders to join our team. As a core warehouse staff member, you will be responsible for all cargo loading and unloading work during night shifts, ensuring efficient and orderly warehouse operations. This position focuses on practical operational work, requiring a serious and responsible work attitude to ensure cargo safety and work efficiency. The ideal candidate is diligent, able to adapt to night shift work, and can strictly follow work standards to complete daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily cargo loading and unloading work efficiently and safely.
- Sort, organize and stack goods reasonably to ensure neat cargo placement and intact packaging.
- Check the integrity of goods during loading and unloading, and record abnormal situations in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with team members to complete cargo handling, warehousing and outbound work.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy, and sort out loading and unloading tools after work.
- Follow warehouse safety operation specifications to avoid operational safety hazards.
- Complete other temporary work arrangements assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (no work experience required, new hires are welcome).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Hardworking, physically fit, able to adapt to night shift and manual labor work.
- Good team cooperation ability and work responsibility.
- Able to work fixed shifts: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 AM to 8:00–9:00 AM.
- Able to strictly abide by company rules and warehouse operation regulations.
- Minimum working age: 18 years old.
