Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has cashier and customer service experience, is comfortable working with POS systems and handling cash, and can provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer.
This is a fast-paced retail environment, so we are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and other transactions
- Handle cash, make change, and perform basic math accurately
- Assist customers with product questions and provide helpful recommendations
- Keep the checkout area and store organized and well maintained
- Follow the assigned work schedule and be punctual and dependable
Qualifications
- Previous cashier and customer service experience is preferred
- Must be comfortable and proficient with POS systems
- Strong basic math skills and ability to accurately count and handle money
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a busy retail environment
- Must be available to work according to the assigned schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
