Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately operate cash registers and process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Scan merchandise and handle transactions efficiently.
- Answer customer questions and assist with locating products.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with stocking shelves and light merchandising when needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and store operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules.
