Overview
Enso Rings is a fast-growing Lehi, Utah company that designs and manufactures high-quality silicone rings. We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our production floor running — this role owns the upkeep and repair of the molds, presses, and injection molding equipment that bring our products to life, while also supporting facility maintenance and equipment improvement projects. You'll work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to keep our line performing at the standard our customers expect. It's a great fit for someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills who's comfortable working independently, solving problems on the fly, and taking pride in keeping equipment in top shape.
Responsibilities
Mold Maintenance:
- Maintain and repair molds used in the production of silicone rings
- Perform preventative maintenance on molds and related equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mold performance issues
- Communicate and work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure molds are meeting production requirements
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies for molds and presses
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to design and develop new molds and tooling
Production Equipment Maintenance
- Maintenance on simple hydraulic presses
- Routine maintenance on injection molding equipment
- Clean and maintain laser engraving equipment including preventative maintenance
- Support other production equipment repairs or replacement as needed
Facility maintenance and Improvement projects
- Work with outside contractors to solve facility or equipment issues
- Maintain working order of general use facility equipment as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience diagnosing mechanical issues and finding solutions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience specifying and sourcing technical components
- Experience with injection molding machines and associated equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment
- Use precision measurement tools and equipment
- Fabricates repair parts by using shop tools, instrumentation and equipment
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
