- Party Chief – Involved with supervising the field crew and maintaining records for the pipeline survey. Qualifications shall consist of but not limited to GPS and conventional survey experience; familiar with pipeline construction practices, proficient with the use of GPS electronic survey data collection units and conventional survey equipment, experienced and knowledgeable in the configuration of pipeline easements, temporary work space, extra temporary work space, and the ability to stake for clearing.
