Own the Commercial Success of High-Performance Products

Ensinger’s engineering thermoplastics go into aircraft, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, energy systems, and mobility. We seek a Product Manager to take full commercial ownership of assigned product lines – setting portfolio direction, pricing, and growth – and to drive execution across sales, supply chain, quality, purchasing, and finance.

What You Will Do

•      Drive portfolio strategy: analyze revenue, margin, and mix; recommend investment or rationalization.

•      Own pricing and margin: set price and discount recommendations; track price realization.

•      Read the market: track competitors, customers, and technology; propose new developments.

•      Bring products to market: define specifications, guide stage gates, and execute launches and exits.

•    Partner across functions: lead go-to-market plans, sales training, demand input, and portfolio reviews.

•      Ensure compliance and safety: meet standards, certifications, and regulations; model safe work.

What You Bring

•      Bachelor’s in engineering, business, marketing, chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred.

•      Three to five years of progressive product management with real portfolio responsibility.

•      Working knowledge of engineering thermoplastics and their industrial applications.

•      Strong pricing, margin, and portfolio analysis; able to build a case from incomplete data.

•      Proven ability to influence without authority; organized, self-directed, and dependable.

•      Preferred: prior sales or business development and global manufacturing experience.
