RPA Support Developer
Ensign Services, Inc. seeks a talented and energetic RPA Support Developer. This position will be based at ESI’s San Juan Capistrano Service Center.

We are currently seeking an entry level RPA Developer to develop and maintain automation solutions as part of our growing finance automation team. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders and our business application developers to design, architect, implement and maintain end-to-end process automation solutions to drive business efficiencies and eliminate current manual processes.

About the Opportunity

Job Duties
- Collaborate with development team and stakeholders to build and deploy end-to-end automation solutions in Blue Prism, Power Automate, and other low-code platforms
- Create and maintain test cases and documentation for automated processes
- Support user acceptance testing and training
- Conduct testing and optimization on deployed RPA solutions
- Continually learn about the latest features, upgrades, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and expertise in software design, development, and architecture
- Understanding of RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, Blue Prism), APIs, and version control
- Understanding of database principles, SQL, Power Query, and data transformation
- Experience in development of implementation strategies, testing and deployment
- Experience with various programming languages, such as JavaScript, or Python is a plus
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments and cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, S3, EC2) is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Must be able to multitask and with the ability to manage diverse personalities with superior customer service skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in regard to expectations and the needs of the organization
Compensation
ESI offers an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary and benefits, plus eligibility for bonuses and stock options. Success will only be limited by performance.
