The Contracts Partner provides administrative and contract review support to the contracts team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a change and open to an entry level position with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare contract templates
- Ensure appropriate internal processes and procedures are followed
- Track contract status to ensure completion
- General administrative tasks as assigned to support the contracts team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative position or contracting support
- Legal or contract administration experience highly desired
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on customer service
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe, DocuSign and Microsoft office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Able to work well with others and participate in a team environment
- Willing and able to work beyond normal working hours as necessary
- Ability to work with all levels of management on projects as needed

Additional Information:
This is a full-time job based out of our San Juan Capistrano, CA office.
Salary: $24-$31/ hour; may be eligible for bonus
