Job Description

EBAD is seeking an Operations Production Assistant to support a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment in close collaboration with the Director of Operations and the broader team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills. This position is responsible for a range of activities, including but not limited to the following:

• Gather and prepare data including excel spreadsheets to support operations visual boards and meetings.
• Assist engineering team by preparing, organizing, and printing data to create binders in support of customer design reviews and hardware acceptance reviews.
• Support Supply Chain with purchasing receipts (certifications, documentation, etc) scanning into ERP system.
• Support Master Scheduler/Planner with scanning complete SOs into ERP system
• Support Quality Team with source inspection request submittals in customer portals
• Maintain N-Ray tracker for product shipped/returned from outside N-Ray supplier.
• Support EHS Manager and Team with facility and safety needs and concerns.
• Support Operations Director by coordinating operations all-hands meetings, customer facility tours and various team reports.
• Schedule travel and process expense reports for operations team members.
• Maintain and reconcile multiple business credit cards.
• Key point of contact for onsite vendors and service providers.
• Maintain building supplies (office and breakroom).
• Maintain conference rooms & supplies (including kaizen kits).
• Provide front desk/receptionist backup as needed.
• Assist Executive Assistant & Ops Director with facility renovation coordination.
• Develop and coordinate operations centric internal and external team building events.
• Active member of the safety committee.
• Working special projects (internal branding, team apparel).
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 3 years administrative/office management support experience
• Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• A desire to learn new skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system such as IFS
• Experience in developing internal systems
• Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
