We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to clients facing various challenges and psychiatric disorders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine mental health needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
- Provide psychotherapy, including individual, group, and family counseling.
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, etc.
- Engage in crisis intervention and management for clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients with complex needs.
- Provide education and support to families regarding mental health issues and treatment options.
- Stay current with developments in the field of mental health counseling through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Knowledge of EMR systems for efficient patient record management.
- Understanding of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, and medical documentation practices.
- Ability to conduct intake assessments and case management effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases while ensuring high-quality patient care.
