Position Summary
Ensemble RCM LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at stakeholder communication, and can balance multiple priorities with limited hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects remain on scope, on schedule, and within budget
- Prepare status reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives and project management best practices
- Assist with resource coordination and task prioritization across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in project management or a related role
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a part-time capacity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or professional services
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
- Experience working with cross-functional or remote teams
Work Schedule
