ENSCO Avionics is looking for an experienced Software Verification Lead. You will be responsible for:

• Developing verification processes to meet customer's expectations and regulatory requirements

• Training and mentoring junior engineers

• Assigning day-to-day tasks to the team, preparing status, and working with the project manager to communicate progress and risks to the customer

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 7 years of related experience

• Hands-on experience with C

• Hands-on experience with testing

• Experience with DO-178C verification

• Excellent interpersonal skills including working in a team environment

• Ability to work independently

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Qualifications Desired:

• Experience with VectorCAST or a similar verification tool

• Experience with software development

• Understanding of all DO-178C lifecycles
