Your responsibilities will include supporting business development and proposal efforts and managing multiple projects. Your day-to-day activities will include recruiting, staffing plans and management, customer relations, EVM reporting, and technical leadership.

Qualifications Required
- BS in Engineering, Software, or Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with embedded software (both development and verification)
- Leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen
- Understanding of AS9100D
- Understanding of PMBOK
- Hands-on experience with DO-178C
