Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC). Will provide various tasks to support test (development for automated testing) as well as field support activities.-

The candidate will be expected to work onsite at the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Pomona, NJ 5 days a weekPosition Requirements-
7-10 years' experience in FAA NAS (National Airspace System)-
Experience with Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.)-
Proficiency in programming languages (C , Java, JavaScript and SQL)-
Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts and expertise in TypeScript-
Expertise in building user interfaces with HTML and styling with CSS, including responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.-
Experience consuming and interacting with RESTful APIs for data exchange with backend services.-
Proficiency with Git or other version control systems for collaborative development.-
Familiarity with JavaScript build tools like npm, webpack, or similar tools for managing dependencies and optimizing applications.-
Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift's architecture and deployment mechanism-
Proficiency in Linux, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and scripting.-
Experience working in an Agile environment with iterative development and collaboration.-
Experience developing technical documentation-
Excellent communications and presentation skills-
Required onsite 5 days a week at the WJHTC-
Familiar with WJHTC laboratory operations and configurations-
Willing to work occasional off-shift-
Works independently with minimal supervision-
