Chapter Growth Manager
Location: On-site — Carmel, IN

Reports To: Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Enrichly partners with fraternities and sororities to provide official merchandise programs, including chapter apparel, event merchandise, online storefronts, and branded products. We help organizations create a consistent and high-quality merchandise experience for members, chapters, alumni, and advisors.
Position Overview
The Chapter Growth Manager is responsible for growing and managing relationships with assigned fraternity and sorority partners. This role combines sales, account management, and order coordination.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing relationships from initial outreach through final delivery. This position works closely with chapter leaders, national headquarters staff, internal creative teams, and fulfillment partners to grow chapter merchandise sales and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned fraternity and sorority partners
- Build and grow chapter merchandise sales through outreach and relationship development
- Communicate with chapter officers, alumni, advisors, and headquarters staff
- Lead merchandise planning conversations for events, recruitment, philanthropy, and other chapter needs
- Manage orders from quote to delivery, including coordination with design and operations teams
- Prepare quotes, track orders, and ensure timelines and approvals stay on schedule
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM systems
- Partner with internal teams including Creative, Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment to support customer needs
- Participate in sales pipeline reviews and account planning discussions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, merchandising, or related fields
- Fraternity or sorority experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
- Experience with CRM systems and collaboration tools preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, Google Workspace, or Slack
- Background in apparel, promotional products, or collegiate merchandise
- Familiarity with fraternity/sorority chapter operations and events
