Enriching Growing Minds, LLC provides safe, structured group home environments for young men ages 11–21. We focus on empowerment, compliance, and individualized care to help residents thrive and grow with dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living (meals, hygiene, recreation, appointments).
- Implement care plans and document notes.
- Promote independence through skill-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and state regulations..
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred).
- Experience in residential care or social services a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
