Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Agoura Hills, Calabasas, and Westlake Village, CA, for School Year Enrichment Instructors. Instructors are responsible for leading engaging enrichment activities for elementary-aged students while ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities include facilitating hands-on enrichment lessons and activities, supporting students' social-emotional and academic growth, supervising students throughout the program, and maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Instructors are responsible for conducting safe and accurate student check-in and check-out procedures, recording daily attendance, and ensuring all student supervision and safety protocols are followed.
Additional duties include documenting program activities through photos and video clips, communicating with site leadership regarding student needs and program operations, assisting with classroom and activity setup and cleanup, and serving as a positive role model for students. Instructors work collaboratively to deliver high-quality before-school, after-school, and enrichment programs that create meaningful experiences for students and families.

- Dependable, professional, organized, and punctual.
- Ability to maintain accurate attendance records, follow student safety procedures, and support effective check-in and check-out processes.
- Comfortable using technology to document program activities through photos and video clips and communicate with program leadership.
- Experience in education, youth development, childcare, recreation, camps, or working with TK–5th grade students preferred.
- Specialized knowledge or experience in areas such as art, STEM, science, robotics, coding, foreign language, music, theater, sports, or other enrichment content areas is highly encouraged.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
- Must successfully pass a background check and meet all program employment requirements.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
