EnRetro Power Generation Services is seeking experienced Health & Safety Professionals to support planned power-generation outages throughout the United States. This is a field-focused role for professionals who can work effectively with craft personnel, supervisors, project leadership, and customer representatives in fast-paced outage environments.

Responsibilities may include conducting field safety observations, participating in pre-job briefs and daily turnover meetings, reviewing Job Hazard Analyses, monitoring LOTO/hazardous-energy controls, supporting confined-space and hot-work activities, observing crane/rigging and critical-lift work, identifying line-of-fire and dropped-object hazards, supporting incident and near-miss investigations, coaching employees, and escalating or stopping work when conditions are unsafe.

Strong candidates will have experience in power generation, industrial outages, turnarounds, maintenance, commissioning, contractor safety, or other high-hazard environments. Practical knowledge of LOTO, confined space, fall protection, Human Performance, electrical safety, crane/rigging, incident investigation, and contractor safety is highly desirable. Power-generation outage experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates must be comfortable with nationwide travel, multi-week assignments, 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and consecutive workdays during active outages. This is a W-2, temporary/assignment-based position with full-time hours while deployed.

Starting base pay is $48.00 per hour. Overtime and premium pay apply in accordance with assignment terms. Approved travel may include airfare, lodging, rental vehicle, mileage, fuel, parking, tolls, and applicable per diem.

EnRetro is a veteran-owned company focused on developing field-credible safety professionals who can protect people, support safe execution, and build long-term careers in power generation.

Every Hazard Matters. Every Person Counts.

Minimum Qualifications / Prerequisites

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • OSHA 30-Hour Outreach completed and able to provide proof of completion

  • Experience participating in or supporting incident / near-miss investigations

  • Ability to work effectively with craft personnel, supervisors, project leadership, and customer representatives

  • Ability to travel nationwide

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and consecutive workdays during outage assignments

  • Ability to work in active industrial environments involving stairs, ladders, scaffolding, heavy equipment, noise, heat, and changing conditions

  • Ability to complete required EnRetro, customer, and site-specific training before deployment
