Primary Responsibilities
- General ledger (GL) accounting for multiple business sites within Enpro (excluding inventory accounting), including preparation of journal entries and supporting the monthly accounting close process
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Reconcile intercompany account balances with other EnPro divisions
- Provide analysis of intercompany charges as requested
- Prepare quarter-end and year-end Reporting Packages to support SEC reporting
- Upload and maintenance of ledgers in company-wide consolidation module (OneStream)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with an emphasis in accounting
- 2 years of experience accounting, preferably in public accounting and/or in a publicly traded company accounting function
- Preferred CPA, or CPA candidate with demonstrated progress toward gaining license
- Prior experience in working with and analyzing data from ERP and consolidation software modules
- Strong computer skills including detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
