We are seeking a driven, hands-on Production Operator to join our ever-growing company and team.

Role And Responsibilities (includes But Not Limited To)
- Load and run parts on various production machine tools
- Ensure all parts produced meet quality specs
- Ability to work within very close tolerances
- Read and follow drawings & job work instructions
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required
- Candidate will possess strong communication skills
- Have excellent work ethic; being open to working overtime if the need arises
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, and meet time deadlines
- Must be willing to learn to read and understand drawings and measuring equipment
- Basic computer skills such as e-mailing, open & print documents, and navigating windows/internet explorer.
- Attendance
- Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in safe manner
- Ability to use lifting assist
