Senior Project Manager (IH/IAQ/EHS)

• Kailua, Hawai‘i (with neighbor island travel as needed)
• Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 DOE

ENPRO Environmental is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing Technical Services team. This role is ideal for a strong environmental professional who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments, enjoys leading projects and mentoring staff, and is passionate about delivering high-quality technical work and client service.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex environmental and industrial hygiene projects from initiation through completion, manage client relationships, support field operations, oversee technical reporting, and mentor technical staff. Projects may include asbestos, lead, mold, indoor environmental quality (IEQ), hazardous materials, environmental investigations, remediation oversight, and regulatory compliance support.

• Manage environmental projects including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and client communication
• Coordinate and direct fieldwork activities, subcontractors, and technical teams
• Prepare and QC technical reports, work plans, and client deliverables
• Lead project meetings, project closeouts, and technical discussions
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
• Mentor and train Project Managers, Technicians, and field staff
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support operational improvements, training initiatives, and technical excellence
  

• 5 years of environmental consulting, industrial hygiene, remediation, or related project management experience preferred
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client expectations
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, sampling methodologies, and remediation practices preferred
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable (AHERA, CAC, CIH, CSP, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel interisland as needed
