Enphase is designing and manufacturing power converters for a variety of clean-energy applications, including solar inverters, batteries, vehicle chargers and more. Enphase products are manufactured in high volume and with high reliability enabling 25 years of operation. We will add Medium Voltage connectivity (<100kV) to our portfolio, enabling support for a range of new applications in the energy space. We are looking to expand our business team to drive product definition and market introduction of these applications. Candidates will have a solid background in one or more Medium Voltage product sectors. Knowledge of Medium Voltage installation, handling and regulatory requirements is desired.
What you will do.
The team is in Fremont, CA. Although, we prefer candidates to be located there, we have alternate locations in Petaluma, CA and Austin, TX that could also be acceptable.
As Medium Voltage Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product specifications, product-market match, key customer/partner relationships.
Who you are and What you bring.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10 years' experience in product management
- Direct experience in a medium voltage market required
- Experience in clean-energy space preferred but not required
The base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $280,800 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
