About the Role
Enoylity Media Creation (Meru Land Pvt. Ltd). is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage online campaigns, social media presence, SEO activities, and community platforms. The candidate must be skilled in performance marketing, analytics, and building strong digital engagement.
You will collaborate with the founders, management, and creative team to develop effective digital strategies that drive brand growth and lead generation.
Primary Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads .
Manage daily marketing operations across social media channels.
Create and execute monthly digital marketing calendars.
Run lead generation and remarketing campaigns.
Track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports.
Social Media & Content Management
Manage brand profiles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Plan content, schedule posts, and maintain consistent branding.
Coordinate with designers for creatives, reels, and marketing assets.
SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
Improve website ranking and overall performance.
Support landing page optimization for better conversions.
Community Management (Important)
Manage and grow brand communities on WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and YouTube Community.
Engage community with posts, polls, updates, and quick responses.
Maintain an active, healthy, and spam-free community.
Email Marketing & Automation
Create and send newsletters and email campaigns.
Support basic automation workflows for communication and nurturing.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
Good knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console.
Ability to manage and grow online communities.
Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop).
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with high ownership.
Salary Range
Competitive Salary according to Industry Standard

Monday–Saturday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (IST)
