Enoven Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of skilled craftsmen in a rapidly growing industry. As a premier truck body manufacturer and up fitter, Enoven specializes in a wide range of commercial truck body applications, equipment and accessories.
We are looking for candidates with welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with 12V electrical systems. Our Welder/Installers are trained to cleanly and accurately install commercial truck beds, equipment, and accessories to meet both Enoven’s high quality standards and specific customer requirements. Builds range from standardized products to complex custom projects, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, solid time‑management skills, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Enoven offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Our production team enjoys a Monday–Thursday schedule (4/10s), providing every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. We also provide an annual safety equipment allowance and tooling stipend. Starting pay is based on relevant experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding and fabrication for truck bodies and related components
- Install commercial truck beds, hoists, hydraulic systems, and accessories
- Complete 12V electrical wiring and troubleshooting for lights, controls, and auxiliary systems
- Interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate builds
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets Enoven standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical installation issues
- Support custom-build projects requiring creative problem‑solving and precision craftsmanship

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
