Who We Want: Territory Managers

This is a unique full-time salary plus commission, professional position selling Enova products directly to surgeons, hospitals, dentists, dental school students, hygienists, residents, and faculty. Dental hygiene programs and military accounts are included. We are rapidly expanding and are in search of innovative, creative Territory Managers nation-wide! We are particularly interested in candidates based in the Raliegh area.

What You Will Do

  • Most of the Sales Representative's time is spent calling on dentist group practices, private surgery centers, as well as scheduling and executing at training sessions, clinics, and trade shows. Accountable, with minimal supervision, for the expansion of new sales opportunities and support of current customer base.
  • Develop relationships with key management, decision makers, and influencers in dental schools, medical schools, private practice offices, veterinarian hospitals, hospitals as well as any outpatient or surgery centers where the use of magnification/lighting would be useful.
  • Execute presentations and produce orders from above contacts. Presentations shall include product specifications and details, marketing information, promotional product information, introduction, and explanation, “how to” and include the use of company provided slides, video, computer, and/or other presentation material.
  • Prepare formal written quotes and/or proposals to present to new customers, in accordance to company policy regarding pricing and terms.
  • Develop strategic plans to increase territory-ordering activity. Analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) are required to effectively manage activity within the assigned territory. Monitor progress and prepare territory adjustments.
  • Uncover and develop potential sales opportunities with dental private practices, dental schools, dental hygiene schools, hospitals, private surgery practices, government medical/dental facilities to increase business opportunities from lead generation and cold calling
  • Remain in contact with valued customer to provide proper information flow from Enova to customer.
  • Service and support current users and provide any training that may be needed
  • Competency in budgeting and forecasting by account and product for the territory.
  • Order entry per assigned quota and communication with inside sales team
  • Utilize our CRM to show sales activity, account management, and revenue
  • Staffing national, territory, meetings, and regional tradeshows as assigned
  • *Minimum attendance of 15 in-person events per year
  • Create and deliver reports on-time to manager

What You Need

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree highly recommended (Business/technical background a plus)
  • 3 or more years of outside sales experience selling a premium product in a commission driven role with a record of success.
  • Ability to travel overnight 30%
  • Strong computer skills are necessary to input orders, navigate reports, and manage territory.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a territory of similar size and scope.
  • Dental, medical, or hygiene sales experience.
  • NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven time management skills.
  • Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Base plus Commission

Pay: Base: $40,000 - $50,000. Commissions are unlimited. An experienced rep will make will make $150,000 /year.
