Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their designated locations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members.
Duties
- Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide transportation services for passengers, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting when necessary (10 pounds).
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle by performing regular inspections.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during transport.
- Keep accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear information exchange with passengers and team members.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in shuttle driving is a plus.
- Must submit to a drug test.
- Must be 18 years old with at least 6 months driving experience.
