What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Assistance Counselor/SAP position at Enosburg Falls High School?
The Enosburg Falls High School is seeking a committed and dynamic Student Assistance Counselor/SAP to join our dedicated and talented team of educators for the 2026-2027 school year. Preference would be someone with SAP or mental health certification.
Duties to include:
-Designs and implements developmentally appropriate substance abuse prevention.
-Curriculum and activities in a middle and high school system, along with management of grant funding.
-Individual and group counseling to mitigate substance use.
-Lead student groups related to prevention in the middle and high school.
-Close collaboration with administration, school counseling team, and outside agencies.

Franklin Northeast Supervisory Union (FNESU) is a Pre-K-12 system comprised of 6 rural towns in Northern Vermont; Bakersfield, Berkshire, Enosburg, Montgomery, Richford and Sheldon. FNESU consists of six Elementary Schools, two Middle Schools, two High Schools, and one Technical Career Center. FNESU serves approximately 1,950 students within our six towns. FNESU is situated in rural northwestern Vermont, which is the perfect setting for outdoor enthusiasts. We are located just 20 miles from Jay Peak Resort, 32 miles from Smuggler's Notch, and within driving distance to several other surrounding ski resorts.
