Must-Have
Experience with designing and implementing the integrations for UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation(configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000 stores)
- Development / Troubleshooting experience in interfaces with Dell Boomi Platform / Integrations through APIs
- Good understanding of integration for all components in WFD like Business Structure, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration
- Experience with following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities
- Have good experience with integrations using Dell Boomi
- Experience with creating custom reports
- Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
- Develop documentation for systems and processes.
- UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)
- Experience in implementing / upgrading Kronos WFC and WIM interfaces. Experience with SQLs
- A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
