Job Responsibilities
Participate in the design, research, development and iteration of AI algorithms and models, ensuring their performance and scalability meet business requirements.
Develop and optimize AI-driven systems and applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
Conduct data preprocessing, model training, testing and deployment, and continuously tune models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning and deep learning fields, and evaluate and apply new technologies to drive product innovation.
Write clear, standardized technical documents, including design specifications, test reports and user manuals, and participate in internal technical sharing sessions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI-related development, with proficient command of programming languages such as Python or C .
Solid understanding of core machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and hands-on experience with mainstream frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve technical challenges during project development.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders.
Experience in model deployment and optimization is a plus; familiarity with U.S. local technical compliance standards is preferred.
