The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on expertise across Oracle EBS modules including TeleService, Field Service, Install Base, Service Contracts, and Spares Management.
This role requires a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical capability, with the ability to bridge business requirements and system design. - Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EBS Service modules
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions
- Support Oracle EBS Service-related integrations with external systems
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, enhancement, and support across the Service landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and system scalability
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 10 years of overall experience with Oracle CRM Service applications.
- Strong techno-functional, hands-on experience.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle EBS Service business processes (Service, Logistics, Inventory, Financials).
- Experience leading end-to-end solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
