Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with expertise in Non-IT Staffing to manage and expand our current MSP (Managed Service Provider) relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare staffing and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities. This role involves attending industry events, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement.
Onsite Role: Candidates based out of New Jersey will be given preference.
Mode of work: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing MSP clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Non-IT staffing sector, with a particular focus on healthcare.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives and expand the client portfolio.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client requirements.

Attend industry events, networking conferences, and trade shows to represent Ennuviz and build a pipeline of prospective clients.

Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and business development progress.
Requirements

3 years of experience in account management and business development within the Non-IT staffing industry, preferably focusing on healthcare.

Demonstrated experience in managing MSP accounts and driving client satisfaction.

Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.

Strong understanding of Non-IT staffing processes, compliance requirements, and healthcare workforce solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel as needed to attend events and client meetings.
