Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the profitability of a Value Stream according to business goals.
- Responsible for Value Stream P&L results.
- Responsible of Value Stream SQDC results.
- Establish and measure operational KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability of the Value Stream.
- Create project timelines and manage a multidisciplinary team during timelines execution.
- Responsible for projects execution and main point of contact for customers.
- Determines labor needs to meet production and projects goals and justify the ROI (DL & IDL).
- Elaborates quotes for internal projects working with the business development team.
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure stable production operations based on customer demand and business goals.
- Coordinates with the sales department to determine pricing, timing, and products to be sold.
- Conducts people performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Skills
- Strong knowledge of P&L and proven experience driving profit opportunities of a Value Stream
- Proven Program Management experience in the Medical Industry
- Proven experience managing Operations in a Manufacturing industry of high-volume products
- Proven experience establishing KPIs based on the P&L opportunities and monitor them
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve financial goals
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization (DL & IDL)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Engineering degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of P&L and proven experience driving profit opportunities of a Value Stream
- Proven Program Management experience in the Medical Industry
- Proven experience managing Operations in a Manufacturing industry of high-volume products
- Proven experience establishing KPIs based on the P&L opportunities and monitor them
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve financial goals
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization (DL & IDL)
- Excellent Managerial and supervisory skills
- Extensive knowledge of operations and production management
- Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
