Job Summary
The Machine Operator in NJ is responsible for operating the machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of products. This person observes continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, adjusting as necessary. The Machine Operator will collaborate with their team and demonstrate ENNOVI’s values of accountability, teamwork, and integrity.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on stamping machines, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with stamping machines and make necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other machine operators and production team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to the production supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years’ experience in related position preferred.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
- Knowledge of local and national wastewater regulation and ordinance.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 40 pounds frequently.
Monday-Friday:
1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am
Salary : $17 - $25
