Program Summary

This mission is reimagining how the Intelligence Community designs, builds, and integrates its most advanced systems. The team is engineering the future of geospatial intelligence through automation, secure cloud innovation, and real-time data fusion. Systems Engineers on this program help design and integrate the backbone of mission operations—merging AI, analytics, and resilient infrastructure to deliver decision advantage at mission speed. This is an environment where cutting-edge technology meets real-world impact, and where innovation directly shapes the national security landscape.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support architecture design, requirements development, and integration planning for large-scale intelligence systems.
• Provide engineering expertise across the system lifecycle, from concept definition and design to deployment and sustainment.
• Participate in technical reviews, system analyses, and milestone assessments.
• Collaborate with software, network, and cloud teams to ensure solutions meet mission and security requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration baselines, and interface control documentation (ICDs).
• Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities and assist with data-driven design using Cameo or equivalent tools.
• Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure technical compliance with established standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4–8 years of experience, or Master's with 2–6 years.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, methods, and tools.
• Familiarity with MBSE principles and tools such as Cameo, SysML, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting government or defense systems in secure environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• INCOSE Associate or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP/CSEP) certification.
• Experience with GEOINT systems or intelligence community architectures.
• Understanding of secure cloud platforms such as AWS or C2S.
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
  
  

Compensation

Target Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000

The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
