Ennis Ford is seeking a high-level Automotive Master Technician to join our elite service team. We have recently invested heavily in our people and our infrastructure, resulting in a newly remodeled, state-of-the-art facility. $35.00 per flat rate hour
Salary is negotiable based on previous experience and qualifications
Work Requirements
Certifications: Current Ford Master or Senior Master Certification (or equivalent ASE Master status) preferred.
Ability to commute to Ennis, TX.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ownership of a professional, comprehensive set of tools.
Responsibilities
Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs on complex engine, transmission, electrical, and chassis systems.
Execute manufacturer recalls and warranty repairs to exacting Ford factory standards.
Act as a technical mentor and leader within the shop, assisting junior technicians with difficult diagnostics.
Maintain a high "Fixed Right First Time" ratio to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Provide clear, professional documentation of all diagnostic findings and repair steps.
Utilize our up-to-date shop equipment and diagnostic software (IDS/FDRS) to its full potential.
Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate estimates and repair timelines.
Qualifications
5 years of professional experience in a dealership service environment.
Deep technical knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
Self-motivated with a focus on high-volume productivity.
Professional work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
