What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at ENMRSH, INC.?
Receptionist
Greet visitors and answer a multi-line phone system in a professional manner in a busy office environment. Must have strong organizational skills, provide excellent customer service, have the ability to interact professionally with co-workers and clientele. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office helpful but not required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Possess a valid driver’s license or ID card
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office helpful but not required.
Ability to pass background screening
Ability to pass drug screening
Possess a working telephone (this requirement reflects the fact that many positions rely on a timekeeping application to record work hours)
Reliable transportation
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to read, write, and speak English well.
Coordinate several tasks at once and handle various office situations including crisis situations in a calm and professional manner.
Operate a multi-line phone, copier, scanner, laminator, and various other office equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to balance, climb, bend, stoop, reach, and kneel.
Use arms, hands, and fingers.
Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.
Walk, stand, and/or sit for at least eight hours per day.
