What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Supervisor position at ENMRSH, INC.?
Responsible for planning work related activities including the organization of workspace, workstations, crews, etc., to obtain a more effective and productive operation. Must demonstrate the following characteristics; be able to adapt to changing work conditions; provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; demonstrate leadership and organizational skills; and represent the agency in a professional manner at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Supervision experience in a competitive work setting preferred.
Familiarity with all aspects of janitorial service, use of cleaning chemicals, floor care techniques, and the use of janitorial equipment.
Minimum of three years of experience in management.
Possess a REAL ID compliant valid driver's license
Have a good driving record
Pass an initial federal background check and subsequent annual recheck to maintain all employment at CAFB.
Ability to pass drug screening.
Possess a working telephone (this requirement reflects the fact that many positions rely on a timekeeping application to record work hours)
Reliable transportation.
Up to date immunization and flu shots.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Accomplish time and motion studies, job evaluations, floor layout, use of standards, and methods for costs and price instructions.
Be familiar with ordering, controlling, and inventory of equipment and supplies.
Contract is considered mission essential, and work must be performed regardless of environmental conditions.
Must be able to perform quality control inspections.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and collect data at a high school level.
Demonstrate patience.
Coordinate several tasks and handle various situations in a calm and professional manner.
Must have ability to supervise and instruct others and make schedules.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires the use of hands, arms, and fingers.
Ability to balance, climb, bend, stoop, and kneel.
Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Walk, stand, and/or sit for eight hours per day.
