Elite Nannies Miami is seeking a professional, development-focused LIVE-IN Nanny for an UHNW family in Coconut Grove. This role requires a strong background working with infants and toddlers, experience with early childhood education or Montessori fundamentals, and a passion for creating meaningful, age-appropriate developmental activities.
The child is enrolled in daycare until 12:30 PM, so the schedule offers flexibility while still providing full-time, long-term employment.
Position Summary
The Live-In Nanny will provide full-charge care for a young infant/toddler, manage developmental milestones, create structured educational play, and support the family with all child-related tasks. Candidates with Montessori, daycare, or Early Childhood Education backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a live-in role, offering stability, competitive pay, and a private and comfortable living arrangement within a respectful and welcoming household.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-time infant/toddler care, ensuring safety, structure, and developmental progression
- Create daily activities that support milestones (motor skills, language development, sensory work, exploration, social enrichment)
- Track developmental progress and communicate daily updates to parents
- Maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, hygiene, transitions, and emotional regulation
- Prepare healthy child-focused meals and bottles; manage proper sanitization
- Manage nursery organization, clothing rotation, and child laundry
- Assist with child drop-offs/pick-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean, structured, educational environment for the child
- Offer schedule flexibility based on child's daycare hours (until 12:30 PM)
Ideal Qualifications
- 3 years nanny experience with infants and toddlers
- Strong understanding of developmental stages from 3 months onward
- Background in Montessori, daycare, preschool, ECE, or structured curriculum-based settings
- Experience designing age-appropriate learning activities
- CPR & First Aid certified (or ability to renew promptly)
- Fluent English required; Russian or other languages are a plus
- Warm, proactive, nurturing, and highly professional
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in an UHNW household
- Comfortable with a live-in arrangement and flexible scheduling
