Our Operations Team

The Operations team provides the backbone that allows Enludio to function reliably as we continue to grow. Operations supports the systems, processes, people, and workplace structure that help teams focus, collaborate, and deliver with consistency.

This team works across the company to reduce friction, improve communication, support employee needs, and strengthen the day-to-day operating rhythm of the business. Core areas include administration, human resources, onboarding, workplace support, operational process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

As Enludio continues to mature, Operations plays a critical role in helping the company scale without losing the human, creative, and collaborative culture that makes Enludio unique.

Your Role

As an HR Generalist at Enludio, you will support the employee experience across recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR administration, employee support, compliance, documentation, and workplace culture initiatives. This full-time, on-site role serves as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers while helping ensure Enludio's people operations are organized, consistent, confidential, and aligned with the company's culture and operational expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, HR systems, and general workplace questions
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are welcomed, prepared, and operational on Day 1
  • Support offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, access follow-up, and exit process support
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation, employee records, personnel files, and people operations tracking
  • Support recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruiter screens for select roles, and coordination with hiring managers
  • Assist with employee relations intake by documenting concerns, routing issues appropriately, and supporting follow-through with professionalism and discretion
  • Help reinforce and create new company policies, workplace expectations, and HR procedures across the organization
  • Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR system updates in partnership with leadership and external providers as needed
  • Assist with workplace culture initiatives, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events
  • Support Operations leadership with HR process improvement, administrative follow-through, compliance readiness, and internal coordination
  • Identify gaps in HR workflows, onboarding, documentation, or employee support and recommend practical improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee, compensation, performance, or organizational information

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, Office Administration, or a related employee-support role
  • Experience working in a startup, technology, creative, software, or small business
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive matters
  • Ability to build trust with employees while maintaining appropriate boundaries and company alignment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across teams, roles, and leadership levels
  • Ability to support difficult or sensitive conversations with maturity, neutrality, and care
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving company where process maturity is still being developed
  • Reliable full-time on-site presence in the Enludio office

Nice To Have But Not Necessary

  • Experience using Rippling, ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, or similar workplace tools
  • Experience supporting recruiting workflows, candidate screens, and hiring manager coordination
  • Experience working in a government contracting environment
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle processes, or HR compliance tracking
  • Exposure to employee engagement, internal communications, or culture-building initiatives
  • SHRM, HRCI, or similar HR certification

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Orlando, FL)
