Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient observations, including detailed assessments of musculoskeletal and neurological health.
- Perform physical examinations and patient assessments to identify underlying issues contributing to pain or discomfort.
- Develop personalized care plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic techniques.
- Manage acute pain conditions effectively through targeted treatment strategies and patient education.
- Utilize medical imaging and anatomy knowledge to inform diagnosis and treatment approaches.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, and self-care practices to support long-term health improvements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings for comprehensive patient management.
Qualifications
- Valid chiropractic license in accordance with state or regional regulations.
- Proven experience in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging modalities.
- Expertise in pain management strategies, including trigger point therapy and acute pain management.
- Familiarity with occupational health practices and primary care principles within chiropractic care.
- Excellent communication skills for clear patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
