Location: Dallas, TX (On-site, with flexibility for occasional remote work)

We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist who is passionate about aesthetics, storytelling, and building community. This role will play a key part in shaping how Enlighten shows up online. Translating our brand values of warmth, sophistication, and empowerment into digital content that inspires action and loyalty.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (4–5 feed posts 4–5 stories per week).
Create engaging, on-brand content: reels, carousels, graphics, before-and-afters, testimonials, and lifestyle storytelling.
Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement (DMs, comments, shares), and brand storytelling through stories.
Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write captions, hooks, and email content in Enlighten’s brand voice: warm, confident, and educational.
Collaborate with providers to showcase treatments, patient journeys, and expertise.
Develop email campaigns, seasonal promotions, and newsletters that balance education (60%) with engagement/trending content (40%).
Schedule photo shoots for Enlighten Living with models and the founder, schedule content creation time with providers, patients and the founder.
Marketing & Campaign Support
Create the marketing plan around new services, sales, peak times, products, event promotion, influencer/brand partnerships, and local collaborations.
Integrate marketing material from our vendors and brands through their Brandbox.
Support paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) with content and creative ideas.
Track KPIs (engagement, reach, bookings) and optimize strategies based on performance.
Brand Stewardship
Ensure all visuals, tone, and messaging align with Enlighten’s brand bible and luxury-yet-approachable aesthetic.
Uphold our differentiators: concierge-level care, natural results, and community connection.
5 years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital content creation (aesthetics, beauty, or luxury brand experience preferred).
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices.
Skilled in video editing, Canva/Adobe Suite, and storytelling through reels/carousels.
Excellent writing skills with a knack for warm, polished, and engaging copy.
Organized, independently motivated individual with the ability to manage a content calendar and juggle multiple campaigns and projects.
