Full Time LPN Night Shift
At Enlightened Recovery, we provide exceptional medical and clinical services. We are seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift. The LPN duties generally include providing routine care, observing, medicating, performing withdrawal assessments (COWS, CIWA-A), as needed.
Principal Duties include, but not limited to:
- Interacts routinely with patients, observes behaviors, and communicates significant observations to the multidisciplinary team as necessary.
- Assists RN in facilitation of admissions and discharge planning.
- Collects and records patient's vital signs, and documents in the electronic medical record in a comprehensive accurate and systematic manner.
- Assists RN in triage of screening patients.
- Participates in patient treatment planning

Job Requirement
Education
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Vocational training could be substituted for a degree.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience at a substance abuse program or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years in recovery, if applicable
Licensure/Certification
- Current and in Good Standing State Licensed Practical Nurse
- Maintains current CPR certification (provided by employer)
Knowledge and Training Required at Time of Hire
- Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws.
- Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.
- Knowledge of Workplace Anti-Harassment/ Violence Policies.
